A Quicker, Smoother Process

To tackle these problems, Softograph developed a brand-new inspection software solution, tailored specifically to the client’s needs. The software blended digital technology with practical fieldwork, cutting the time needed for the reward distribution process by half and eliminating the risk of lost data.

The design left no room for error. Automation made the process more efficient, while other features—such as offline access, GPS location services, and cloud synchronization—made life easier for field teams. The cloud storage feature, in particular, allowed field activities to be verified as they happened. There was no longer a need for manual paperwork or extra team visits. Field operatives could simply tap a button, and the software would handle the rest, providing immediate updates and insights into what was happening on the ground.

Before Softograph’s intervention, validation after the rewards were distributed took a lot of time. A separate team had to visit each outlet again to ensure that rewards were delivered correctly. With no real communication method in place, teams relied on phone calls, which disrupted work and offered little transparency. Following deployment, more than 500 field operatives used Inspecto without a hitch. It allowed for seamless coordination between the field teams, reviewers, and management, with everyone staying on the same page.

The use of real-time syncing meant that reward deliveries could be validated instantly, saving the client from having to send additional teams into the field for follow-ups. Management could see everything in real time: the status of deliveries, the locations of field workers, inventory updates, and confirmations of reward handovers. Even in areas with poor internet connectivity, the platform kept working. Field operatives could continue their work offline, and the data would sync as soon as they regained connectivity. With GPS tracking in place, managers could monitor field worker movements, track outlet locations, and get a clear view of delivery progress, all in real time. The integration of GPS also opened the door to future optimizations based on this data.

Photos submitted by field operatives provided concrete proof that rewards had reached the right destinations, adding another layer of accountability. The data from these activities was uploaded to the cloud immediately, allowing management to verify and review deliveries on the spot. This eliminated delays and ensured that everyone was working with the most up-to-date information.
