Role Overview
- Softograph is looking for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager for its Sales Operations team with expertise in B2B sales, digital marketing, and a solid understanding of project management. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving growth strategies, preferably within the tech industry.
- This role demands a results-oriented professional, capable of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and optimizing sales and marketing channels to achieve business goals.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related business discipline.
- Certifications in sales operations and project management are considered to be helpful.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Operations Optimization: Assist the team in implementing core sales excellence practices, enhance productivity in sales operations, understand and implement necessary analytics, and align sales activities with the company vision.
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Design, implement, and oversee growth strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on increasing customer base and engagement.
- B2B Sales Strategy: Identify and target key business-to-business (B2B) opportunities, collaborating with sales teams to optimize lead generation, manage pipelines, and drive customer acquisition through strategic partnerships and outreach efforts.
- Sales Activities: Conduct sales activities as per the defined strategy by engaging with potential contacts, managing leads, conducting pitches, and closing deals.
- Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute growth projects efficiently, managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Growth Analysis & Insights: Analyze growth metrics and user behavior data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify new growth opportunities. Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align growth initiatives with product development, customer support, and sales strategies. Foster a collaborative environment to accelerate growth efforts.
- Budget Management: Oversee the growth budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Market Trends & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitors’ strategies, and best practices in digital marketing, growth management, and B2B sales within the tech industry.
Skills & Requirements
- Expertise in sales operations and sales excellence practices.
- Business communication skills adaptive to local and global correspondence with particular emphasis on written and spoken English.

- Solid understanding of project management principles with an ability to contribute to cross-functional projects and support timely delivery.
