Role Overview
- The Project Coordination Intern will support the Operations Manager in managing day-to-day project tracking, process documentation, and cross-departmental coordination activities. This is a hands-on role designed to give the intern practical exposure to operations management within a technology company environment.
- The intern will work closely with Operations Manager to ensure that workflows are documented, tasks are tracked accurately, and operational support is delivered on time. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in business operations and project management.
Educational Qualification

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of technology, digital tools, and
modern business systems relevant to the role.
Key Responsibilities
-
Project Tracking & Task Management:
Maintain and update the company’s project tracker and operational task lists in tools
such as ClickUp, Notion, or Trello
Monitor task progress and flag overdue or at-risk items to the Operations Manager
Assist in preparing weekly status updates and progress reports for ongoing projects

Process Documentation:
Support the drafting, formatting, and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Organise and maintain operational documents, templates, and policy files
Assist in mapping existing workflows and identifying areas for improvement

Coordination Support:
Facilitate communication between teams by following up on inter-departmental action
items
Assist in scheduling and coordinating cross-functional meetings, including preparing
agendas and taking notes.
Support the Operations Manager in resolving minor coordination gaps and escalations.

Administrative & Reporting Support:
Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and summaries as directed by the Operations
Manager
Assist in tracking vendor communications, procurement follow-ups, and operational
timelines
Handle ad hoc operational tasks assigned by the Operations Manager
Skills & Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace

Basic understanding and practical use of AI tools for productivity, research,
communication, and workflow improvement.

Basic working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools such as
ClickUp, Notion, or Trello.

Ability to maintain organized documentation and trackers.

Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
