Role Overview
- Softograph Ltd is looking for a client-focused and organized Key Accounts Executive to manage ongoing relationships with our key software clients. This is a cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of account management, client communication, billing operations, and light project support.
- You will serve as a reliable point of contact for assigned clients — ensuring their queries are handled promptly, invoices are issued and tracked accurately, and project teams are aligned to client needs. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced software delivery environment.
Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certification or coursework in project management or client services is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of key accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
Proactively identify client needs and escalate concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
Conduct regular check-in calls or meetings to maintain client satisfaction and retention. -
Client Communication & Email Correspondence:
Handle all day-to-day email communication with assigned clients professionally and promptly.
Draft and send onboarding communications, project updates, meeting summaries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the project and development teams to relay client feedback and relay status updates.
Ensure all client-facing communications are clear, accurate, and brand-consistent. -
Billing & Invoice Management:
Prepare and issue invoices to clients in accordance with agreed payment schedules and milestones.
Track invoice status, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain accurate billing records.
Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain an up-to-date record of client contracts, pricing, and payment terms.

Project Support:
Assist the Project Manager in tracking deliverable timelines and communicating updates to clients.
Document meeting notes, action items, and client decisions for internal project records.
Support the onboarding of new clients by preparing welcome materials and coordinating kickoff meetings.
Monitor open support tickets or change requests from key accounts and ensure timely resolution.

Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain a client activity log, capturing all interactions, issues raised, and resolutions.
Prepare monthly account summaries for internal review by management.
Flag any accounts showing signs of dissatisfaction or risk of churn to senior management.
Required Skills

Excellent written English — capable of crafting professional, polished client emails independently.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet).

Basic understanding of software project lifecycles and delivery processes.

Familiarity with invoicing tools, spreadsheets, or billing workflows.

Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through on open items.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without losing quality.

Experience with tools like Notion, Trello, Jira, or ClickUp is a plus.

Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools is strongly preferred.
