Experience: At least 2 years of experience in 3D Model Design and Animation with a strong portfolio showcasing completed work.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate 3D Model Designer and Animator to join our growing Borofpani team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and animations for a variety of projects. You will work closely with other artists and designers to bring our creative visions to life.

Design & Development: Create 3D models for characters, environments, and props
Rigging & Animation: Develop character rigs, apply skinning, and create smooth animations.
3D Environment Design: Design immersive game worlds with optimized assets.
UV Mapping & Texturing: Perform UV unwrapping, apply textures, and create realistic materials.
Game Integration: Ensure seamless integration of 3D assets into Unity 3D for a polished gameplay experience.
Optimization & Performance: Optimize models and animations for efficient real-time rendering.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to bring creative visions to life.

3D Software Proficiency: Blender or Autodesk Maya.
Texturing & Material Creation: Knowledge in texture painting, UV mapping, and material design.
Animation & Rigging: Solid experience in rigging characters and animating game objects.
Unity 3D Workflow: Experience integrating assets into Unity for seamless gameplay implementation.
Performance Optimization: Understanding of polygon reduction, and efficient asset creation.
Other Skills: Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus!
Teamwork & Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with game designers and developers.
